What items are returnable?
First time customers can return items for free 30 days from the shipping date. The items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, and original tags attached. Returning customers will be charged a flat fee of $7.95 if the smart label provided is used.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
What if my items are lost or stolen?
Hayden Girls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.
Are there any charges for return?
- First time customers have 30 days from the shipping date to return haydengirlsshop.com purchases for free.
- For returning customers, a flat $7.95 fee will be deducted from the refund total if the smart label provided is used.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns of $350 or more in aggregate for a single order will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
