Payment & Shipping F.A.Q.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, AfterPay, and ApplePay.

2. When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Generally, orders placed before 12PM PST ship the same it may take 1 to 3 business days to fully process and ship your order. In addition to processing time, transit time can take an additional 1 to 7 business days depending on carrier and destination.

4. Do you ship outside of the contiguous US or PO Boxes?
Yes, we do! Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS. Your order should arrive in 5 to 9 business days. Some APO/FPO locations may require up to 21 days for delivery.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Unfortunately, international packages cannot be expedited via USPS. Duties and Taxes, if required, will be the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

6. How do I know if my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the order confirmation page. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account.

7. Can I make changes to my shipping address or order after I've placed my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

8. How do I track my order?
To track your order, please enter your tracking number You will then be able to view your order transit details.

Return F.A.Q.

1. What is your return policy?

2. How many days do I have to send a return?
You have 30 days from the date your item shipped, to return the item.

3. How do I return an item?
Submit a return in our return center. View our return policy for detailed instructions 

4. I returned an item. When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Once a return package is received, it may take 2-5 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your account.

5. I want to return an item that was on sale. Do you accept it?
Unfortunately, all sale items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

6. I have the item and return form ready. What do I do now?
You are ready to ship the item back out to us!
